一天里面最好的运动时间是在哪里?


When is the better time to exercise in a day? 


俗语说一日之计在于晨,一年之计在于春
As the saying "Make your whole year's plans in spring, and your day's plan early in the morning"

Actually in every time and minute it would be somebody to do exercise on their own in difference time.

Maybe in the morning to jogging or walking in the nearest park,  afternoon do the gymnastic work out in the gym room, if they are working as an officer time it will be on Saturday and Sunday , in the evening walking in the park after dinner and in the night maybe cycling in the park also.

早餐前运动,可以比较快分解你的脂肪,
因为没有食物被分解。
Of course, maybe no every one are suitable to do exercise in the morning, but also without their breakfast, maybe they are not energy.

Second, Afternoon i think people will busy to their working,so skip for the afternoon.

Lastly, If you cycling at night after working or do other exercise,you maybe tired and hungry after exercise.
But, it will release your stress and get relax.
Is better doing exercise before one or two hour before sleep.

通常运动30分钟左右就可以消耗大量的脂肪了,现在也有很多智能手表去计算,我有买过啦,但是坏了,应该是因为太便宜了?我是买100多块的xm,就是荧幕慢慢看不到了?以后我要买,应该是买别的了。

 11月 这个11月真的过的不简单啊,先是生病,发热,咳嗽,伤风,喉咙痛,再到1119生红红痒痒的手脚。。。到现在都还没有完全康复,还是很痒,打了一支针,吃了3天一次吞6粒苦苦的敏感药,有慢慢好一点,慢慢浅色了一点,手指投票的颜色也退完了,安华终于在今天1124终于做首相了。。。...
