Paper Writing...

Task 1 is ok because u can estimate what type of essay is coming out and the format.

While, Task 2 is something that you can not estimate what kind of essay to coming out. So, you may feel HARD for question 2 . My question IS:

Rules and regulations meant to promote discipline? Do you agree?
